She?s like Morticia Addams? younger sister Deathanie, whom everyone knows runs the local house of ill-repute (and who is totally the reason Cousin Itt won?t cut his hair, but we don?t talk about that, because it upsets him). There are so many buttons and bows and strings and loops and hanging bits ? I?m not entirely convinced this isn?t also a wearable, portable sex swing of some ilk. Deathanie always was the smart one.
I mean, up close, there?s something lovely about the concept, and a lot of love went into the execution, but who can tell? I still don?t have any idea quite where to look. You know that old Coco Chanel saying about looking in the mirror and taking off one thing before you leave the house? Dita should have taken off twelve. One of which, possibly, was the dress itself.
