Over the summer, there were some new candid photos of LeeLee Sobeiski that I used for the lead link one day. I claimed that she had an attractive figure at the time - she?s a tall, slender girl, and in those photos, she looked athletic and cute, in my opinion. Well, these are new photos of LeeLee from the opening night of Anna Bolena at The Metropolitan Opera House in New York, and? that cute/healthy look is gone. Chica looks rough! What happened? Yes, she?s very, very thin, but is it an unhealthy thin? In profile, her body looks sickly:
But then look at her arms - those arms aren?t emaciated. She has flesh and muscle, and if I was just going by her arms, I would say that she eats.
So, what?s the issue? My issue with her face is only the makeup - much like AnnaLynne McCord yesterday, LeeLee is a corpsey hot mess in the makeup department. Why is this a makeup trend? Ugh. Also: her dress is Mary Katrantzou, but it looks like budget Alexander McQueen. AND THE BOOTIES. Why do super-skinny girls wear the booties? Do they think that the booties make their skinny legs look cute? They don?t.

I?ve seen this with a lot with celebs lately. They have a baby and then go hard at the diet and the gym to get their pre-baby body back. But then they get obsessed, take it too far and get too skinny.

LeeLee (my daughter Lena?s nickname) has always been gawky, log-legged, skinny. I have really liked her look lately. The dress ? love the cut, hate the fabric. Her nose has not had surgery.

She looks good to me. I looked at other photos and I disagree with the nose-job. Her weight looks good. You can?t compare a tall woman?s weight and that of an average height female. The height/weight rules are really different.
I think the makeup with the blanched out eyebrows is transforming her look.

The dress is in a league of its own - not in a bad way - its quite interesting.
Sobieski looks good to me. She looks grown up and like she could walk any catwalk. I?ve always been a fan. Her body looks fine and not too skinny or unhealthy at all.
@The truth fairy above I agree. Its funny I have had many friends that have had the same obsession after having babies. Its not limited to celebrities. Unfortunate really.

The eye makeup isn?t good, but I have always thought her a natural beauty. I think the outfit is cute, although I am not crazy about the booties/dress combo going on lately.

She had a really bad stage there for a while?.got boob job, stringy long hair, awful, awful clothes. She appears to have gotten a new sylist. The makeup look is due to light eyebrows and brown shadow with red in it. I have blue eyes and only ever wear brown or taupe shadow. You really have to watch it though, too much and you venture into cadaver territory.

She always reminded me of a young Helen Hunt, and if you watch Never Been Kissed, she was just as thin, if not a little thinner than that.
I love her. And she?s actually some type of Polish royalty on her mother?s side. A princess!

I disagree. She has a very angled face (and TERRIBLE make-up) which does look like it belongs on a very very thin girl, but her body looks fine. Good, infact.

I find her to be very far from generic blonde. At least todays version of generic. She has thin lips and a long nose with a bump. Quite pretty IMO.

The makeup is terrible. Whats with the dyed eyebrows? Bad dress, bad styling, bad makeup. But she is a pretty girl/has pretty facial structure She is a little thinner than normal but not emaciated i dont think.

I?m a makeup artist. I don?t see a nose-job. I see bleached brows, bad hair color and makeup. Her outfit is weird, but that?s her. It?s the coloring of her hair and face that makes her look sick and old. She is super tall and is NOT too thin, PEOPLE! She?s ALWAYS been like that, and she has boobs, to boot. Lucky girl.
