Sidney Lumet's Best Films

Director Sidney Lumet, who passed away April 9 at the age of 86, may not have been a "name" director like Steven Spielberg or Alfred Hitchcock (at least not to the general public), but you certainly know the names of his films.

From 1957's '12 Angry Men,' to 'Dog Day Afternoon,' 'Serpico' and 'Network' in the '70s and 'The Verdict' in 1982, Lumet's movies were searing documents that questioned the social issues of their day. Far from being dated, his movies from each era remain as fresh and as relevant as ever.

(Just go on Youtube to see how many fan mash-ups there are of 'Network's cautionary message about over-reliance on spoon-fed media.)

His movies featured towering performances from Al Pacino, Henry Fonda and Paul Newman, ones that are still considered among their finest work.

Read on to see our list of Lumet's best films.
'12 Angry Men' (1957)
This isn't just a seminal film for Lumet, but a pivotal role for star Henry Fonda. Here he plays the Juror #8, a soft-spoken Everyman who refuses to be swayed by prejudice or pressure from the other men in the room. The drama is still as fresh as we watch them argue and confront each other, not just about the trial, but their assumptions about each other.

'Dog Day Afternoon' (1975)
Essential movie viewing for any film fan: Al Pacino is at his best as a bumbling bank robber who becomes an unlikely celebrity. Unbelievably, it's based on a true story! We've included the famous "Attica, Attica!" scene but you owe it to yourself to watch the whole movie. (Clip is NSFW.)

'Network' (1976)
Sure, you know the "I'm mad as hell," scene by heart, but what happens next when the network decides to cash in on new anchor Howard Beale's madness? See the clip here.

'Serpico' (1973)
Then 49-year-old Lumet gave young up-and-comers Martin Scorsese ('Mean Streets') and William Friedkin ('The French Connection') a run for their money with this gritty tale of police corruption, featuring one of Pacino's best performances. In the clip below, Lumet comments on a scene that Pacino improvised. (Clip is NSFW.)

'The Verdict' (1982)
Hard to believe that Paul Newman didn't win an Oscar for his role as a conscience-stricken, alcoholic lawyer trying to do the right thing far too late in his career. The film, written by David Mamet, was nominated for five Academy Awards, including Best Picture.

'Prince of the City' (1981)
Yes, it's sort of a redux of 'Serpico,' with an undercover cop (this time played by Treat Williams) tackling rampant police corruption, but Williams and a young Jerry Orbach make the journey well worth it, especially those last 20 minutes.

'Running on Empty' (1988)
River Phoenix was rightly nominated for an Oscar for his supporting role as Danny, who's been raised on the run by two Vietnam-era fugitives but who now wants to start his own life. This emotional scene between Christine Lahti and Stephen Hill -- where she asks her estranged father to take Danny in, knowing she'll never see him again -- will break your heart.

'The Fugitive Kind' (1960)
This is a personal favorite. Since it's based on the Tennessee Wiliams' play 'Orpheus Descending,' and takes place in a small Southern town, it's a real departure from Lumet's usual Manhattan milieu, but the intensity of the characters' desires, and the question of whether might makes right is

'Fail-Safe' (1964)
Perhaps the one film of Lumet's that now feels somewhat dated, if only in comparison to another, very similar film that came out the same year, Stanley Kubrick's 'Dr. Strangelove.' Whereas Kubrick's black comedy laughs in the face of extinction, Lumet's film plays out with an entirely straight face.

'Before the Devil Knows You're Dead' (2007)
Lumet's last film follows a pair of ne'er do well brothers (Ethan Hawke and Philip Seymour Hoffman) who scheme to rob their own parents' jewelry store. Lumet, Hoffman and Albert Finney all netted several awards for this family crime drama. "The screen may be full of losers, liars, killers and thieves, but behind the camera is a mensch," New York Times critic A.O. Scott said in his review, an apt summary of Lumet's entire film legacy.

"Prom" Is an Entertaining Movie Built Around a Tired Clich, But Do Tweens Care?

This review was originally published on Spout April 28, 2011. It is being reposted for the home video release.

The very effective and original elements of this week?s tween drama deserve praise. There?s a whole cast of well-written supporting characters, played by talented (and actually teenage) actors. There?s a nice freshness to its earnest (if kind of prude) optimism, which reels you in despite your preconceptions. Yet still, ?Prom? is the kind of movie that makes you wish you could have sat in on the original studio pitch meeting. Not that I know anything about the inner workings of Disney?s film division, but the impression I got while watching the finished product was that someone had had a great idea for a hyperlink narrative, one with a number of likable characters and inventive subplots, but was told by an executive that it wouldn?t work without a central, common story that has proven to entertain in the past.

This raises an important point about the great number of new films geared at the adolescent demographic that re-hash already overdone material. I?m reminded of ?The Roommate,? which was essentially ?Single White Female? for teenagers that don?t know ?Single White Female.? There?s a lot of complaining these days about how remakes spell the death of cinema, but I don?t think that?s true. A remake on its own is not problematic, especially if it enriches or adds to the prior work. I loved ?Scream 4,? for example. But the trouble with ?Prom? is not that simple. It?s not a remake or a reboot, or even inspired by any single prior movie. It just happens to have a primary romance that is entirely unoriginal and dully predictable, which can?t be fixed no matter how creative the filmmakers are with everything else on the screen. Yet in the context of its target audience, mostly unfamiliar with the amorous tangles of the Brat Pack and the Valley Girls of the ?90s, should it even matter?

Aimee Teegarden is Nova Prescott, the chair of the prom committee who has been working for months to make sure their ?Starry Night? themed event will go over flawlessly. Yet tragically the shed holding all their completed decorations burns down due to some unfortunate romantic negligence. Her whole committee bails on her, so the principal, in good clich disciplinarian fashion, assigns the school?s dreamy bad boy, Jesse (Thomas McDonnell), to help her rebuild everything.

And oh, how it turns out exactly as you would expect it to. The two are in essence the leads of ?10 Things I Hate About You,? but without any of Julia Stiles? edginess or Heath Ledger?s charisma (thanks to Anne Thompson for pointing out this obvious comparison that somehow slipped my mind all week). They hate each other at first, but by working together, and through the magic of the teen drama, love blossoms. He?s really only a delinquent because his father left when he was a kid, and in true ironic fashion he only skips his classes in order to pick up his little brother at school while his mother works her fingers to the bone at the diner. With one shake of his perfectly conditioned hair it?s as if all obstacles have been overcome in the name of their young love, except for Nova?s disapproving father, whose objections are needed to set up the third act dramatic climax.

?Prom??s failure to excite and entertain with its protagonists drove me crazy, because almost everything else is well-crafted and somewhat new. Here?s a film with wonderful supporting characters: Lucas (Nolan Sotillo) and his buddy Corey (Cameron Monaghan) have some quirky dialogue that reminds you of a Diablo Cody script (but with more realistic characters). Simone (Danielle Campbell), on whom Lucas has an enormous crush, is a confused but self-actualized young woman?she teaches him guitar as a romantic gesture, which is somewhat refreshing. There?s also Tyler (DeVaughn Nixon) who tries to emotionally manipulate both his girlfriend (Kylie Bunbury) and Simone, but more than anything else that just gives us someone to root against.

There?s even effort put into making them all seem real. None of this casting 20-somethings to play teenagers, or at least not nearly as much as in most teen movies. This sort of thing doesn?t happen often enough (see my review of ?She Monkeys? and ?Turn Me On, Goddammit,? two films that really deliver on this issue), and it?s refreshing to see someone at a major studio trying to make a movie both for and about actual teenagers. True, there?s no prom night sex involved, but this is a Disney film, so what could you expect?

All of those successes just make the broken and exhausted love story at the film?s core seem even more ridiculous. Yet I wonder the extent to which the film?s clich problem even matters. I can?t see ?Prom? drawing in big numbers from people in high school who might actually go to a prom any time soon or know anything about the reality of being in the 11th or 12th grade. The demographic for this new Disney confection skews lower, at tweens that are still excited by the glamour of all those older kids who get to put on really expensive dresses and go spend a night dancing to some mediocre local DJ. Most of those kids probably haven?t seen the countless teen romances that use the exact story copied here with Nova and Jesse.

Is falling into clich okay if you?re pretty confident your main demographic won?t be bored? It?s worth pointing out that even a movie as lauded for its creativity as ?10 Things I Hate About You? depends on William Shakespeare for its plot. Maybe it?s almost necessary that new generations get their own version of this motif, as these ?millennials? probably have little connection with ?Grease? or ?The Breakfast Club,? and it?s now been almost a decade since ?A Walk to Remember.? I?m not pretending any of these films are executed with the same degree of skill, but ignoring the critical consensus they?ve garnered can we not say that they?re each attempting to fill the same space for a new crop of young people?

?Prom? is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.

Recommended If You Like: Disney Channel original movies, ?10 Things I Hate About You,? ?High School Musical?

Kim Kardashian Sex Tape -- The $30 Million Dollar Question

I LOVE KIM:about an hour ago

KIM K, SUPERSTAR

I am 30 years old and act like a vain and self-obsessed 13-year old. My dream was always to become a princess, but I became an anal porn star but I still think I am a princess. My body is full of plastic surgery. My boobs, azz, lips, teeth, cheeks, nose, facelift etc. are all bought and paid for, courtesy of a plastic surgeon. The reason why my hair is beautiful is because its fake. I was also jealous of Pari******on and put out a SEX TAPE because she did. I idolized Pari******on. I used to hang on her like a koala bear all the time, to get my picture taken by the paparazzi. Until 2007 I did cocaine. I know there are pictures as proof, but I will deny it forever.

My pimp mother, Kris, did the pool boy while my father, Robert Kardashian, was at work. the result was my pathetic half gorilla sister Khloe, who is a whore just like me. Whenever my mouth is moving I am lying, as I am INCAPABLE of telling the truth about anything. I pretend that if I lie about things people will eventually believe it. The way I walk, talk, and laugh is fake; and if you look into my eyes you can even see that my soul is fake.

Although I pretended to be upset by the sex tape, I was the one that sent it to Vivid Entertainment, and they paid me $5 million to expose my nasty self. Ray J had nothing to do with the leaked sex tape. I tricked him into making a porn film with me for distribution. The orgasm is of course fake because thats how they do it in cheap porn films. My former publicist, Jonathan Jaxson, knows what happened! I am just waiting for him, and many more, to come out and reveal how I really am.
I also pretended to be surprised when my boytoy, Kris Humpries, proposed even though i orchestrated everything. I am the only one in the universe that can make a 2 million$ diamond look cheap.
I exploit my FAKE body all of the time because I lack intelligence, class, dignity, self-respect, elegance, and morals. I really am a very dirty woman.

My ex husband Damon Thomas whom I married at the age of 19 in Las Vegas publicly called me: untalented, a trashy whore, desperate, a plastic surgery addict, a backstabber (to my family), and a cheater. I have no real friends because I have misused and stepped on everybody that has come my way for fame. I am currently using social medias to snake my way in to other celebrity?s lives for friendship and publicity. I show up like a diva to all kind of award shows that I have NO business at all to attend. The only award show I should attend is the AVN. I call the paparazzi myself. I learned that trick from Pari******on, but I?m too cheap to buy their lunch like she does.
I am 25% iranien and 25% Turkish but armenian sounds better.
I am a huge shame for the armenian people.

I have NO talent what so ever. I was thrown off Dancing with the Stars on the second week. I made a work out video that clearly shows I have never worked out in my life. I got a Razzie for my horrendous performance in the parody Disaster Movie. I should have gotten one for my sextape as well. My song JAM, I have no words for. It is the most annoying and pitiful song in history. I sing like an unmusical, tone deaf, four year old who wants a cookie from Grandma. Anybody who don?t like me for the rotten and lying whore that I am I call haters or jealous!

We, the Kardashians, call each other dolls, and I alone have tainted the *****cat dolls by heisting their concept. I pretend that I care about others, but I could not care less. I only care about myself. I tried to scam children by selling them an insane debit Master Card with predatory fees. It was unfortunately taken off the market after 1 week under threat of legal action from several states. Thankfully I found a new way to rip off the kids with glam silly bandz. Over weight children should skip normal diet & exercise and do shady diet pills or lipo-suction like me.

I Stole $120k from Ray J and Brandy?s mother, Sonja Norwood, credit card. After being busted I paid her back with the money I got from the sex tape I made with her son. That?s the circle life, Mrs. Norwood. The clothes at Dash are pure knock offs from top brands and designers. I don?t even know how to sew on a button or sketch anything. But I call myself a fashion designer. The logo on my perfumes is a complete rip of from Korcula creator Lindley Bertin.
I have publicly said that i DONT drink alcohol ,but still i endorse midori Licquer and i have been **** drunk on TV.
The endorsement deal i am most proud of is Public Toilets. I will endorse ANYTHING for money and publicity.

For World AIDS Day I went off social medias until my fans had raised $1M.
I was confident that within 12 hours I would be back. Seven days later I had to be bailed out by a billionaire who wanted to spare me shame. This is how much my fans value and missed me.

I have never been single because I am to scared to spend time with myself. I am looking very much forward to the day my grand children sits on my lap and ask me if I am an anal porn star because that?s what everybody in kindergarten will say.

I also love to flaunt my gigantic fake hippo azz. It?s my calling card for any rich Black man that wants to ram my azz hard and move on! Evan Ross, Marquis Houston, Scott Storch, Fabolous, The Game, Nick Cannon, Nick Lachey, Tyson Beckford, William ?Ray J? Norwood, Reggie Bush, Christiano, Chengo (The Bodyguard is one of my favorite movies ever) Miles Austin, Gabriel Aubry (only because everybody said I was only into black guys) Kanye West, and soon Kris Humpries; are just a FEW of the men that have ALL fvcked AND dumped me. They know that I am trash and that brings their reputations down to the gutter with mine. I will fvck anyone for publicity. I have had many STDs, but the only one I have now is herpes. I am pathetic, plastic, and terribly insecure. I am the worst rolemodel that has ever walked this planet.
I do not understand i am the clown of Hollywood,

I am a national and international joke, and gave out my own SEX TAPE to get famous. I am a human toilet. I am clearly a very sick human being and I?m 100% shameless. I am the filthiest famewhore in the whole wide world!

I am Kim Kardashian? Superstar

Serena Williams & Wendy Williams Hit BOA Steakhouse

Celebs around Hollywood were definitely in the mood for steak last night. While Twilight starlet Ashley Greene was spotted over at STK, tennis pro Serena Williams and talk-show host Wendy Williams were spotted grabbing a bite at LA eatery BOA.

Though Serena was seen arriving at the steakhouse solo, former Dancing with the Stars contestant Wendy smiled for the cameras, while she and hubby Kevin Hunter Sr. had a lovely dinner date. Hmm, wonder if the two parties ended up dining together once they got inside?

Matt Damon loves Gwyneth Paltrow: ?She?s a really special actress?

Matt Damon?s past list of co-stars includes some of Hollywood?s best, but Gwyneth Paltrow?s work on the upcoming plague movie ?Contagion? impressed the actor in a completely new way.

?I was reminded of just how amazing she is, she?s a really special actress,? Matt told Access Hollywood at the movie?s junket on Sunday.

?More so than anybody I?ve ever worked with, she?s got an ability to turn it on and off. Like she can just be talking about anything and then when they say, ?Rolling,? it?s like she snaps, she just locks in, in a way that I don?t understand, ?cause I can?t do it,? he explained. ?I?ve worked with a lot of great actors and one thing that happens for me is that a great actor is so good that they pull me right in? that?s how I feel when I do a scene with her, I?m instantly brought in because she takes me there.?

Matt was happy to re-team with the actress he last co-starred with in ?The Talented Mr. Ripley? in 1999, when they were both single and not yet parents.

?We were talked about kids a lot, it was nice to reconnect,? he told Access. ?We were very young when we made that movie? It feels like a lifetime ago.?

Matt also joked during the interview that he has a gender picked out for Ben Affleck and Jen Garner?s upcoming third baby.

?I really hope it?s a boy,? the actor joked. ?No, I think that you always cross your fingers for a healthy kid? Everybody would settle for a very healthy, beautiful baby.?

Speaking of beauty, the actor recently had to shave his head for the upcoming Neill Blomkamp sci-fi movie, ?Elysium,? a look that he?s digging.

?I love it? I get to keep it until about Thanksgiving. That?s when the movie ends,? Matt said. ?I?m actually really enjoying it. It?s real easy, real low maintenance and that I like.?

And despite a political call to action from filmmaker Michael Moore, Matt said he?s staying in Hollywood and not heading to Washington D.C.

?I would never give up this great job that I have; I love making movies; it is way more fun than being a politician,? he explained. ?It?s what I?ve spent my adult life doing and it?s what I?m good at. It?s what I like, so I?ll hang here.?

"Cuuuupid, Please Take Your Aim At Me!"

Sometimes in the wild, you come across two hot-blooded sessy beasts throwing looks at each other like they just want to get messy, and that's exactly the scene of love that went down in Malibu over the weekend when Becks laid his eyeballs on a Rob Reiner-alike with sex stuffed into his Speedos. You could cut the sexual tension with Posh's clavicle bone. Posh now knows why Becks always spoons with a big Father Christmas plushie doll every night. Here she was thinking that her sleep chattering (sleep chattering is when your mouth opens and closes real fast while you're sleeping because your stomach is hongray and it's trying to catch a fly going by or something) gave Becks the scareds. But nope! The truth is that Becks has always wanted Santa Claus to come down his chimney if I ain't being too subtle.

Just look at this picture of Becks frolicking in the sea while making fuck me eyes at Daddy Bear, and try to tell me that the song playing in his head isn't this one:

I swear, if a genie showed up and agreed to grant Becks one wish, he'd ask to be turned into a crotch patch on that bear's burgundy Speedo and he wouldn't even have to think about it. I really hope this story had several happy endings, because the love between a silver bear and an otter doesn't happen often.

Demi Lovato: ?I?ve gained weight. Get over it.?

Demi Lovato: ?I?ve gained weight. Get over it.?

wenn3485193
Demi Lovato recently took to Twitter to address some comments after the VMAs that she had gained weight recently. She wrote ?I?ve gained weight. Get over it. That?s what happens when you get out of treatment for AN EATING DISORDER.? Then she deleted that (after #DemiLovato became a trending topic) and added another tweet that didn?t sound as defensive. She wrote ?Guess what, I?m healthy and happy, and if you?re hating on my weight you obviously aren?t. :) #UNBROKEN? It must be frustrating to have people comment on your weight as a celebrity, but she could have ignored it. As it is, it sounded like it bothered her quite a bit. She told Seventeen in April that she doesn?t ?let anyone?s insecurities, emotions, or opinions bother me.? She?s admitted that she struggles with bulimia and with cutting.

wenn3485184
She looks great figure-wise and to me the issue is that her dress was too short and revealing and that her makeup was overdone. Her tatas were pushed up and hanging out and that dress was just fug. She?s looked cuter recently at other events. (See below) There?s something really smug about her look at the VMAs, but sometimes she looks much happier and relaxed on the red carpet.

The issue for Demi may have been that her ex Joe Jonas was there that night and she could have been anxious about it. Before Demi had her rehab stint for emotional issues she was dating Joe Jonas and touring with him and his band. Then they broke up, Joe started dating Ashley Greene and Demi was still touring with Joe and the guys. Demi freaked out and punched a backup dancer for some slight last December and got pulled off the tour and sent to rehab. She?s admitted that she was out of line and that she had a nervous breakdown, but she doesn?t blame Joe for it or anything. She told Elle last month ?I wouldn?t credit my meltdown to a guy. There was so much other stuff in my life.?

wenn3485148
If Demi was nervous about seeing Joe though she didn?t seem to show it. She posed for photos with him at the VMAs and as Just Jared points out that wasn?t the first time they?ve run into each other at an industry function recently. So she seems to be handling it all pretty well. Except when she feels the need to defend herself. I get it, but the best way to deal is to ignore it, if possible. When I grew up we didn?t have twitter or cell phones though. Now it?s all about the chatter while some of us are still playing by the old rules. Do they even still apply? Not if you?re looking for press coverage or twitter feedback I guess.

All these photos are from July and August this year except for the last one, in the white dress with the side tail thing. That?s from August, 2010. I don?t see that much of a difference and she looks great now.

  1. I was waiting for you to write something about this. Thank you cause I had something to say!

Demi Lovato is gorgeous. Period! I think that she looks like a real woman should. She is not heavy, she is curvy and real. Her VMA dress was unattractive but I thought it looked pretty good on her. I suspect she is short which is why she chooses short dresses. I agree that she could have just ignored the posts about her weight but since she suffered from eating disorders regardless of what she says, you don?t get over the critisism that easily. I?m sure it still bothers her. I just hope that she reads the positive stuff and that people think she looks great. I have no idea what she acts in or even what she sings but I know that if she can become confident in this new, womanly body then she will have a great future.

By the critisism she receives you?d think she were 300 pounds!

Keep up the positive attitude Demi, you are an inspiration!

  2. I can?t really be so nice to her since she did assault a back up dancer. However, with that issue aside, I think her weight is fine. It obviously does bother her what people say/think or else she wouldn?t suffer from an eating disorder. But I think she looks good.

  3. People need to back off?she?s still recovering, she?s young and she looks great(not heavy), give the girl a break!

  4. such a double edged sword for these hollywood ladies. Lets see? if you are definitely overweight (Adele) - the you should be PROUD of your curves and not fall in to unrealistic ideals. If you are too thin (Leann Rimes) - you hear ?eat a sandwich!? If you were smaller and now look bigger (Vanessa Hudgens, Demi Lovato) - then there are cries of ?too fat!? ?lose weight!?

No wonder there are so many women with eating disorders in this world.

  5. Now, this girl is beautiful to me. I think she is four times Kim Kardashian

  6. I am definitely not one of those morons who will say shit like ?she looks like a real woman? because wtf? Only women who are shaped like Demi are ?real?? Give me a break.

Girl looks good even if she is a total wack job.

  7. A) She looks great.

    B) She should have kept the first tweet. Girl was just telling it like it is. People should be applauding her new figure. She will probably struggle with food her whole life, and people making stupid comments doesn?t help.

    C) Keep getting healthy, Demi. You are one Disney chick who has actual talent.

  8. I think she looks great. Her boobs certainly weren?t hanging out all over the place and I thought her dress was appropriate for an MTV function. I wouldn?t label it fug. Her hair is gorgeous.

  9. Her weight is good. She looks healthy and has really nice curves!

But I think it would do wonders for her to work with a professional stylist. First they can help find dresses that compliment her figure, make her look sexy without falling out of her dress. Then they can help her get beyond this ?classy side of the Jersey Shore meets the Kardashians? look she has recently embraced. It does nothing to bring out her unique beauty. IMO, she needs to lose the orange, cut that too long hair, soften her makeup and dress more young and fresh.

  11. I liked her first tweet best - it was the most honest one. Yeah, its pretty crappy to comment on the weight of a young woman who?s ADMITTED to seeking treatment for bulimia. Bulimics always gain weight in the beginning of treatment, usually because they stop purging but still binge. Of course she can?t ignore the comments on her weight - she?s barely holding it together.

  12. She finally gave up the blow. Her weight will indeed fluctuate a bit until her system recovers.

  13. She looks healthy.
As a person who used to had a severe depression (and other stuff) for several years i can relate to the meltdown, not the part of hitting someone but atleast she admit it, and wants to stay healthy and thats half the battle.
The other half is being healthy and happy which isnt always easy.

Hopefully the pressure wont get to her.

  14. Her weight is fine; however, she is another one who tries to pour her figure in a dress one size too small. Go up one size and be rid of the puckering of a too-tight garment.

  16. I?m wondering why everyone says this girl wears way too much ?gunk? on her face, but in the Adele post from yesterday Adele is ?gorgeous? with twice as much makeup on? Seems like a weird double standard to me. I think her makeup is lovely and appropriate for the silver dress, and she has great eyes so she likes to draw attention to them. She is a gorgeous girl and I think her weight is fine. It?s ok not to be a stick figure and I can?t believe people would call her out on it after what she?s publicly been through.

  17. I have a soft spot for her bc I went thru a similar issue in college and when I started eating healthy I gained 30 pounds bc my metabolism was so slow and out of wack. Demi should have stayed out of the limelight a little more to reintigrate back into everything

  18. When I see pics of Demi, it makes me look back and wonder if the likes of Britney and Christina may have had eating disorders. I mean, to look at them now, they?re obviously not naturally skinny or have crazy metabolisms as they claimed in the past.

  19. My idea of overweight is not hollywoods. She may be a behind the scene royal bitch (I don?t know) but she looks fine.

  20. Happy21@ ?I think that she looks like a real woman should? are you applying that if you don?t look like Demi your not a real woman because I thought women and men came in all spaces and sizes and that doesn?t defined how much of a woman or man they are.

My older sister is thin with small boobs and not much of a shape and my younger sister is about the same size and shape as Deim now I don?t think my younger sister is more of a woman the older one.

I do agree that she looks good.

January Jones Is Los Feliz Lovely

I know she couldn?t go that long without her yoga fix. After being spotted earlier this week without her trusty pink yoga mat, January Jones needed a bit of relaxation and opted for a yoga fix on Thursday, July 14 in Los Feliz, CA.

Sporting her typical yoga gear, with her staple gray shoulder Chanel bag in tow, January looked like a lady on a mission? get to her class first! I know the mom-to-be hits a lot of these sessions alone, but I wonder if she?s ever though about asking her Mad Men co-stars to join?
