NFL legend Lawrence Taylor is about to be sentenced in his prostitution case -- and that's only the beginning ... because Gloria Allred is set to mount an attack on LT right after the hearing!
As we previously reported, Taylor -- who was arrested last May for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old prostitute -- plead guilty in January to one count of patronizing a prostitute and one count of sexual misconduct.
LT will likely be sentenced to probation -- with NO JAIL TIME -- and will have to register as a sex offender.
After the hearing in New York, Gloria Allred -- who's teamed up with the victim -- is scheduled to hold a news conference ... which we can only guess involves a mega-lawsuit against Taylor.
UPDATE: On the way into court, LT's lawyer had a PRICELESS encounter with Gloria. Dude was shocked to learn she was there for LT's case ... and after shaking her hand, he said, "Get ready for the show."
